Undergraduates from all disciplines are invited to submit research abstracts to the University of Arkansas Undergraduate Research Week poster competition. For each of the nine research categories, the first place will receive a $100 prize, the second place will receive a $75 prize, and the third place will receive a $50 prize. The deadline for submissions is 11:59 PM, February 1, 2022 (Tuesday).

Summary guidelines can be found on the submission form website. Representatives from the Ministry of Research and Innovation, Honors Colleges and University Libraries will review the submitted materials. All research is welcome, including creative and experimental projects.

Those selected to participate in the poster round will be notified by February 15 and must prepare a research presentation video that will be included in the virtual event during the week of April 18. The poster and accompanying recorded presentation will expire on April 1. The poster will be judged and three winners in each category will be selected to receive cash prizes. Although the review will be conducted in a virtual way, students will also be invited to participate in a face-to-face poster meeting open to campus and the community on April 20. All presenters will bear the printing cost of the face-to-face poster meeting.
