The James V. Brown Library, 19 E. Fourth St., will celebrate all children who participated in the summer learning program during a Scholastic Book Fair finale scheduled Aug. 5-6.

Children who bring back their bingo sheet (available at any help desk) will receive a voucher for a free book at the library’s Scholastic Book Fair as well as a sweet treat from Aaron’s Water Ice. Children who did not complete their reading log but still want to celebrate may still purchase books and treats.

Children’s books will be in the first-floor programming rooms and the tween/teen/young adult books will be in the third-floor Lowry Room. There will be additional fun games and prizes throughout the event, such as a trivia game and scavenger hunt, so be sure to check it out!

The Scholastic Book Fair hours are:

• 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday (Kids First Friday), Aug. 5

• 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 6
