Q1:Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we are 100% manufacturer with more than 10 years experiences in packaging line.
Q2: Do you have a range of stock items for sale?
All our products are designed and made according to customer's demand. We have no standard lines available from stock.
Q3: What is your minimum order quantity?
As a general rule our MOQ is 500pcs. Although on occasions we have produced orders for less than 500. However, for one of small orders costs are likely to be very high when considering repro, printing, tooling and set-up costs.
Q4: What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
1)The box pattern
2) The size of the production (Length*Width*Height)
3) The material and surface handing
4) The printing colors
5) If it is possible, please also provide with pictures or design for checking. Sample will be best for clarifying, If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for reference.
Q5:Can you do the design for us?
Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in gift box design and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect gift boxes. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your Logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.
Q6: When we create the artwork, what kind of format is available for printing?
1) The popular ones: PDF, CDR, AI, PSD
2) Bleed size: 3-5mm
Q7: How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price is confirmed, you can require samples to check our quality. Free for a blank sample to check the design and paper quality, but you have to afford the express freight.
For sample making, we will charge 30usd-100usd to cover the cost on filming and printing. Final price will be confirmed according to the products' craftwork.
Q8: How many days will sample be finished? And how about the mass production ?
1.Generally 3-5 working days for sample making
2.For mass production lead time,Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. The best record we keep is delivering 20,000 gift boxes within a week. Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.
Q9:How Can I arrange shipment ?
1) You can either use your required shipping forwarder, give me the contact so that I can arrange the shipment for you.
2) If you don't have required shipping forwarder, just give me the airport or sea port so that I can give you quotation and then I will arrange shipment, you will not have headache even you have no experience in it, and our marketing team will give you professional advice in shipping , we can give you air freight cost with delivery time and sea freight cost with delivery time.
If total amount is less than US$1000, Please pay full amount to us in advance. If your order total amount is more than US$1000, You can pay 50% deposit, the balance would be paid before shipment.
